IT Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The IT Business Analyst will collaborate closely with business, product, and technology teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle to ensure the successful delivery of products and feature enhancements. This role involves driving business process improvements, managing requirements, facilitating project execution, and supporting quality assurance and DevOps efforts.

• Work closely with stakeholders to analyze, document, and evaluate business needs.

• Facilitate issue resolution during analysis, design, and testing phases.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring features are ready for release.
• Lead project meetings and assist with JIRA and other project management tools.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of IT/IS business analysis experience.
• Experience in the professional accreditation or legal industry is a plus.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field.
• Experience gathering and documenting end-to-end requirements.
• Strong analytical abilities with excellent logic and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and understanding of its capabilities.
• Mastery of databases, SQL, Postman, XML, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience with developing test plans and scripts.
• Familiarity with API integrations and data migration processes is a plus.
