Overview

The Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation (SGBFF) is seeking a full-time Interim Senior Manager to oversee partnerships and program execution for the Lean In Girls initiative during a maternity leave coverage period.

In Short

• Serve as primary contact for key program partners.
• Support partner schools and organizations with onboarding and engagement.
• Plan and coordinate partner conferences and events.
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns to drive program conversions.

• 7+ years of relevant experience required.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual collaboration tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years of partnership or program management experience.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to solve complex problems strategically.
• Experience in remote-first and/or startup environments is a plus.

Benefits

• Base salary ranges from $144,000 to $165,000 depending on location.
