Senior Manager, Partnerships - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, Partnerships is a trusted partner and day-to-day point of contact for Eleanor Health’s payor partners and national referral partners. The overall objectives of the role are to drive customer delight with Eleanor, ensure contractual success, communicate performance both internally and externally, and catalyze contract and membership growth.

In Short

• Understand and manage all customer objectives and expectations.
• Act as an internal and external project manager.
• Educate key partners on Eleanor Health services.
• Be a trusted and responsive partner.
• Work closely with the data and analytics team.
• Facilitate preparation for quarterly business reviews.
• Initiate projects and strategies with partner counterparts.
• Manage contract summaries and organization of legal contracts.
• Track and report departmental key performance measures.
• Achieve a high rate of customer retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in healthcare account management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work collaboratively across teams.
• Familiarity with analytics and data interpretation.
