Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an analyst to join our team with a culture rooted in kindness, empathy, and product-mindedness on a contracting basis. This analyst will be focused on helping our centralized analytics team support reporting, insight requests, and dashboarding across the entire Eleanor business, including clinical quality, clinical operations, finance, marketing, and partnerships. This role reports directly to the Manager, Data & Analytics and works closely with our entire Executive Leadership Team.

In Short

• Soup-to-nuts dashboard development including working with stakeholders to itemize and define necessary metrics.
• Building collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to understand their underlying business needs.
• An eye for visualization design that enhances data understanding.
• Responding to tickets in Jira Service desk and using custom SQL queries.
• Working with analytics engineers to develop requirements for new data builds.
• Prior analytics or technology internships or projects are preferred.
• Great communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with SQL and dimensional modeling.
• Excitement to work with a fully remote team.
• Nice to have experience in healthcare or UX design.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, mathematics, computer science, or similar fields.
• Familiarity with Tableau and dashboard design.
• Ability to discern underlying needs from stakeholder requests.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find patterns in data.
• Experience with Python and GitHub is a plus.
