Overview

The Regional Operations Manager at Eleanor Health will drive operational excellence and ensure high-quality care delivery within the assigned region. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, clinical workflows, staffing, and community engagement while leading a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 2+ years (Masters) or 5+ years (Bachelors) of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading clinical teams.
• Experience in practice management for clinics.
• Strong decision-making skills and leadership track record.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong relationships with the provider community.
• Understanding of regulations guiding clinic operations.
• Experience in mental health and substance use treatment.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
