The Manager, Regional Operations will lead a remote team of Dialysis Coordinators, overseeing hospital partner programs across multiple states, ensuring operational excellence and strategic growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Two years of management experience in healthcare preferred.
• Project management experience required.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
