In Short

• Support corporate functions including Legal, Finance, Marketing, Creative, Engineering, and Executive hiring.
• Manage complex scheduling and logistics across multiple time zones.
• Deliver high-touch experiences for candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain hiring momentum.
• Ensure ATS hygiene and accurate interview details.
• Identify and implement process improvements in coordination workflows.
• Assist with reporting and performance tracking for data-informed hiring.
• Contribute to hiring events and special projects as needed.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination preferred.
• Detail-oriented and proactive communication skills required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or scheduling.
• Polished communicator comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Mastery of GSuite and familiarity with ATS platforms.
• Experience coordinating across time zones.
• Detail-obsessed and execution-focused.
