In Short

• Assist with filing Section 16 filings and EDGAR Next enrollments.
• Assist with periodic reports and other registration statements filed with the SEC.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual proxy statement and coordination of shareholder meetings.
• Support corporate governance and entity management matters.
• Assist in board and committee meeting preparation.
• Review and track corporate policies and compliance documents.
• Assist in annual insurance programs renewals.
• Support legal due diligence in corporate transactions.
• Conduct legal and factual research for compliance initiatives.
• Support cross-functional legal initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with a Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• 5+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in corporate governance.
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft product suite.
• Strong understanding of corporate legal frameworks.
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and discretion with sensitive information.
