In Short

• Seeking a project-based corporate paralegal for our Virtual Paralegal Service team.
• This is a 1099 remote/virtual position.
• Availability during the morning/daytime is preferred.
• Excellent working knowledge of all business entities from formation through dissolution.
• Experience in transactional work, including mergers, acquisitions, stock purchase, and asset purchase transactions.
• Hourly rate: $25-$35/hour.
• Drafting legal documents and resolutions for business entities.
• Direct communication with clients and client advisors.
• Complying with company operations, policies, and procedures.
• Maintaining confidentiality of client matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of specialized experience in corporate law.
• Experience with one or more software platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Familiarity with corporate closings and venture capital financings.
• Experience with board minutes and corporate secretarial functions.
