Senior Marketing Contracts Paralegal - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Contracts Paralegal to join our legal team and serve as a key partner to Marketing and Business Development leadership. In this role, you will lead the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of marketing service customer agreements while helping ensure compliance with legal industry regulations and data privacy requirements.

In Short

• Draft and negotiate complex marketing and commercial agreements.
• Provide practical legal guidance on advertising compliance and data privacy matters.
• Partner closely with Marketing leaders to close customer service agreements.
• Develop templates and streamlined contract processes.
• Manage contract lifecycle workflows and monitor renewals.
• Communicate regularly with legal team and stakeholders.
• Ensure contracts are legally binding and fulfill client needs.
• Research regulations for contract compliance.
• Proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy.
• Collaborate with a legal team and assist clients with contract interpretation.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in commercial contracts.
• Strong background in marketing-related agreements.
• Experience in a law firm or regulated services environment preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and judgment skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and contract documents.
• Experience with virtual interaction platforms and CRMs.
