Senior Paralegal, Commercial Contracts - Remote

Overview

Aledade is looking for a senior commercial contracts paralegal to join our legal team. The senior commercial contracts paralegal will work directly with our attorneys and business partners to help with all aspects of Aledade’s business.

In Short

• Work with attorneys and business partners on commercial contracts.
• Review legal documents such as MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs.
• Create and maintain form agreements and internal playbooks.
• Assist in managing the contracts management system.
• Oversee incoming requests to the legal team.
• Maintain the team’s internal document management system.
• Ensure legal processes are efficient.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial contracting paralegal experience.
• Experience in an in-house legal department preferred.
• Proficiency in IronClad and Google Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Handle confidential information discreetly.
• Adapt to fast-paced startup environment.
