Commercial Paralegal - Remote

Overview

The Commercial Paralegal supports a wide range of commercial matters at Mindbody and ClassPass globally as part of our Legal Team, working closely with Legal Operations, Attorneys and business partners on various commercial matters.

In Short

• Assist attorneys with commercial contracting tasks such as agreement drafting and negotiation.
• Support senior legal team members on commercial transactions.
• Provide guidance on contract terms and processes to business teams.
• Manage and improve the contract lifecycle management system.
• Enhance contract processes for quality and efficiency.
• Manage discrete legal projects, including project plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a commercial-focused paralegal or contracts manager.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in an in-house legal environment preferred.
• Experience with the full lifecycle of contract management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CLM platforms and electronic signature platforms preferred.
• Project management experience is a plus.
