Legal Counsel - Commercial - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a passionate Legal Counsel to join our legal department and support our colleagues in all corporate legal matters, contributing to the successful growth of PAIR Finance and enhancing our legal team.

In Short

• Support in RFP/Tender processes and take part in contract negotiations and legal checks for our foreign subsidiaries, especially in DACH, Benelux, and Nordics.
• Contract management and reviews concerning client and service provider collaborations across relevant regions.
• Collaboration with internal departments and external partners to ensure compliance with legal requirements and contract terms.
• Active participation in developing and implementing strategies for optimizing Legal Operations.
• Support the General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel with additional legal topics.

Requirements

• Completed legal studies with at least a European Master's degree (LL.M.), ideally with the second state examination or an equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Commercial Law, preferably in an international European context.
• Experience in RFP/Tender processes, contract negotiations, and management.
• Fluent in English and German; Dutch or Swedish is a plus.
