Overview

PAIR Finance is revolutionizing the digital debt collection industry with the help of AI to assess the situation of debtors individually and contact them in a personal yet fully automated manner. We are looking for a Litigation Manager to join our Legal Collection Team and gain valuable practical experience in debt management.

In Short

• Independent management of contentious proceedings.
• Active involvement in national and international legal disputes in the DACH region.
• Written and verbal communication with all parties involved, including lawyers, courts, and clients.
• Close collaboration with our contracting law firms and participation in court hearings.
• Preparation of claims and legal documents.
• Act as a point of contact for the team on complex legal matters.
• Manage files effectively and maintain our CRM system.
• Develop internal processes to strengthen the team.

Requirements

• Completed legal studies (1st state examination) and initial professional experience, preferably in debt collection.
• Knowledge of process law (ZPO) and civil law (E-Commerce, consumer protection) is advantageous.
• Excellent German and good English language skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and interested in new technologies like AI.
