Overview

PAIR Finance is revolutionizing the digital debt collection industry since 2016, operating in seven European countries. We assess the situation of our debtors individually using artificial intelligence and contact them in a fully automated yet personal manner, achieving higher repayment rates without compromising the relationship between debtors and our clients.

In Short

• Identify, acquire, and develop potential B2B clients to build long-term business relationships.
• Conduct market and trend analyses to support the development of business models.
• Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations for potential clients.
• Act as a point of contact for potential clients contributing to team success.
• Collaborate closely with the management team.
• Represent PAIR Finance at fairs, exhibitions, and other events.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B sales or business development in Austria with a strong network.
• Able to drive significant revenue growth and passionate about working in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical affinity to explain our technology-based service to leads and potential clients.
• Excellent MS Office skills and enjoyment of working with new technologies like AI.
• Fluent in German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
