Legal Assistant – Court Collection - Remote

PAIR Finance is one of the fastest-growing FinTech companies in Europe, revolutionizing the digital debt collection industry with AI since 2016. We are looking for a Legal Assistant to manage court collection processes and improve procedures.

In Short

• Lead the initiation of court collection processes and manage related incoming correspondence.
• Communicate with debtors via phone, negotiate settlements, and finalize payment agreements.
• Handle incoming correspondence systematically and manage communication with clients, courts, and authorities.
• Economically effective case management and maintenance of CRM systems.
• Develop internal processes and structures to strengthen the team.

Requirements

• Completed training as a legal assistant or a commercial training with a qualification in debt collection.
• First relevant work experience from a law firm or a company's legal department.
• Experience in initiating court collection processes in the DACH market.
• Fluent in German and good English proficiency required.
• Experience with internationalization in the DACH region regarding court collection is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Word and Excel; experience with RA-Micro is ideal.
