Legal Assistant (m/f/d) – Debt Collection Management - Remote

Overview

PAIR Finance is revolutionizing the digital debt collection industry since 2016, operating in eight European countries. We assess debtor situations using AI and contact them in a fully automated yet personal manner, achieving higher repayment rates without straining the relationship between debtors and our clients.

In Short

• Act as the interface between Pre-Court and Court Collection.
• Independently initiate and monitor Swiss debt collection procedures using "Tilbago".
• Decide on enforcement measures autonomously.
• Handle correspondence with consumers, clients, collection offices, and authorities.
• Process electronic files on our internal digital platform and maintain our CRM system.
• Support accounting tasks.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of internal processes.
• Expand knowledge in debt collection and participate in procedures across Europe.

Requirements

• Completed training as a Legal Assistant or similar with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with the Swiss Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG).
• Fluent in Swiss German and very good English (B2+) in spoken and written form.
• Good knowledge of French, Italian, or another European language is a plus.
• Experience with the Tilbago APP is an advantage.
