Overview

PAIR Finance is revolutionizing the digital debt collection industry since 2016, operating in seven European countries. We assess the situation of our debtors using artificial intelligence and contact them in a fully automated yet personal manner, achieving higher repayment rates without straining the relationship between debtors and our clients.

In Short

• Communicate with consumers, clients, and third parties via email, chat, and letter, focusing on 2nd/3rd level communication from the energy sector.
• Handle written legal inquiries from various stakeholders.
• Answer complex questions from colleagues, clients, and consumers.
• Economically effective case management and CRM system maintenance.
• Gather feedback from clients and consumers to improve technology and services.
• Develop internal processes to strengthen the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in customer service or collections in the energy sector.
• Experience collaborating with international teams; accounting knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in German and good command of English.
• Proficient in MS Office and interested in technologies like AI.
