Overview

As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring excellent support and solutions to customer inquiries while actively supporting our internal operational processes.

In Short

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Resolve support cases and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Proactively support internal teams (Sales, Trainers) in operational processes
  • Manage and optimize tools like Digistore24, Memberspot, Mailchimp, Typeform, Zapier, Facebook
  • Maintain and organize projects in Asana
  • Create process documentation and FAQs for internal workflows

Requirements

  • Initial experience in Customer Service or similar position
  • Proficient in digital tools, especially Digistore24, Memberspot, Mailchimp, Typeform, Zapier, Facebook
  • Mandatory use of Asana as a project management tool (experience not required)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Fluent in German (spoken and written), good English skills are an advantage
