Requirements

  • First experience in customer service or a similar position.
  • Proficient with digital tools, especially Digistore24, Mailchimp, and Asana.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Structured and independent work style.
  • Fluent in German, good English skills are advantageous.
