In Short

  • This is a part-time remote customer role.
  • Manage communications to ensure timely and professional responses.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience through issue resolution.
  • Establish rapport with community members.
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments.
  • Coordinate scheduling of appointments with vendors.
  • Assist in building relationships with the Account Management team.
  • Meet personal and departmental KPIs/OKRs.
  • Available for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
  • Work 16-32 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Customer service or hospitality experience.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule.
  • Self-motivated and composed under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Organized with the ability to improve processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility with changing job duties.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Experience with multiple communication channels.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk and Google Suite.
