Overview

A Customer Service Representative I (CSR I) provides world class customer service for all internal and external customers utilizing excellent in-depth knowledge of company products, processes, programs, and technology.

In Short

  • Take inbound calls while maintaining professionalism.
  • Utilize computer applications to process transactions.
  • Educate customers on products via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and recommendations.
  • Build positive relationships with internal customers.
  • Stay informed on communications and training.
  • Build knowledge of company products and processes.
  • Participate in related duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and propose solutions for customer needs.
  • Attention to detail in written communication.
  • Results-oriented with accountability and urgency.
  • Ability to meet accuracy and productivity metrics.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math and computer skills; experience with Microsoft Outlook and Dynamics 365 a plus.

Benefits

  • Salary range: $20.29 - $25.00 (WA); $18.67 - $23.00 (NV); $17.45 - $21.50 (AZ, ID, MT).
  • Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to $2000.
