Overview

The Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of Copart, a technology leader in the online vehicle auction platform.

In Short

• Provide inbound phone support to Copart members.
• Work from home position, 30 hours per week.
• First point of contact for customers.
• Show empathy and understanding in customer interactions.

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements

• One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred.
• High School diploma.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Typing speed of 45 WPM.
• Professional appearance.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
