Overview

Copart, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, responsible for coordinating vehicle pickups and providing outstanding customer service.

In Short

  • Coordinate release and pickup of vehicles.
  • Communicate with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies.
  • Ensure accurate updates to vehicle files.
  • Meet daily performance goals with 100+ calls and 60+ live lots processed.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings via Teams.
  • Follow all company policies and guidelines.
  • Assist teammates as needed.
  • Provide a professional virtual appearance.
  • Work occasional overtime.
  • Office equipment will be provided.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of office support experience in customer service.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Must be able to work occasional overtime.
