Accounts Receivable Representative - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Receivable Representative works with an assigned group of customers and is responsible for managing accounts financially – calling customers for payment information, researching and resolving account discrepancies, business building, risk management, and developing and enhancing SanMar's relationships with their customers.

Requirements

• 1-3 years Collection and/or Customer Service experience.
• Experience supporting customers over the phone is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate strong de-escalation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to collaborate with customers.
• High level of competency with PC and software applications.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude.

Benefits

• Salary Range: $21.39 - $29.00 (WA, NJ); $19.68 - $26.68 (MN, NV, TX, VA); $18.40 - $24.94 (AZ, ID, FL, MT, OH, TN).
