The position involves managing customer collections and ensuring effective communication between the company and its clients regarding outstanding payments.

In Short

  • Remote position with flexible part-time hours (20-30 hours per week).
  • Act as the main point of contact for open claims via email, phone, and chat.
  • Maintain professional communication regarding invoices, payments, and reminders.
  • Monitor incoming payments and manage outstanding items.
  • Conduct follow-ups on payment reminders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Finance and Customer Service.
  • Manage and maintain billing and payment tools.
  • Document processes and create guides and FAQs.
  • Support the optimization of payment and collection processes.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in collections management, accounting, or customer service.
  • Proficient with digital tools and billing systems.
  • Structured, careful, and solution-oriented work style.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in handling sensitive issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Fluent in German, with English skills being an advantage.
