Overview

HALEO is looking for a part-time customer service agent to provide quality support to its clients in a fully remote setting.

In Short

• Provide guidance to clients navigating the program.
• Offer professional and compassionate support throughout the client journey.
• Respond to inquiries, emails, and reminders in a timely manner.
• Document interactions and ensure appropriate follow-ups.
• Identify technical issues and relay them to the responsible person.
• Stay updated on HALEO's internal processes.
• Participate in information sessions and required training activities.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, client support, or sales.
• Autonomy, professionalism, and excellent organizational skills.
• Bilingual (French and English) in both oral and written communication.
• Comfortable with digital tools.
• Interest in well-being and mental health.
• Availability for a position with variable hours.
