U-Haul is seeking passionate and motivated professionals to join the team as remote Customer Service Agents. In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls, providing exceptional service and support while crafting personalized solutions to meet each customer’s unique needs.

Requirements

• Available to work between 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Arizona time.
• Commit to working at least 4 days per week.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication and typing skills.
• Must complete a job-related assessment.
• Technical requirements for home computer and internet.
• Ability to display empathy in customer interactions.
• Engage customers with a friendly and caring tone.
• Efficiency in problem-solving and navigation.
