Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at CVS Health, you will be the face of Aetna, impacting members' service experience through effective communication and problem resolution.

In Short

  • Handle customer service inquiries via telephone, internet, or written correspondence.
  • Engage and educate members about Aetna plans and resources.
  • Resolve issues and answer questions from members and providers.
  • Document and track contacts with members and other stakeholders.
  • Build trusting relationships with members to support their health needs.
  • Anticipate customer needs and provide relevant information.
  • Explain member rights and responsibilities as per contracts.
  • Work in a remote capacity while residing within 50 miles of New Albany, OH.
  • Full-time position with a typical weekly schedule of 40 hours.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of medical terminology is a plus.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet production standards.
