Overview

The Customer Service Representative at SEEK plays a vital role in providing exceptional support to hirers and candidates, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

In Short

  • Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries through various channels.
  • Resolve issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems related to SEEK's platform.
  • Provide Level 1 Finance support for billing queries.
  • Record customer interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM.
  • Support outbound call campaigns and educate customers on new features.
  • Assist with fraud prevention efforts.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay updated on SEEK’s products and services.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
  • Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Experience in a multi-channel customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of finance processes, including invoicing.
  • Exposure to fraud detection processes.
  • Experience with PureCloud or similar software.
  • Ability to support marketing campaigns through customer interactions.
