The Customer Service Representative at SEEK plays a vital role in providing exceptional support to hirers and candidates, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

In Short

Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries through various channels.
Resolve issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot technical problems related to SEEK's platform.
Provide Level 1 Finance support for billing queries.
Record customer interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM.
Support outbound call campaigns and educate customers on new features.
Assist with fraud prevention efforts.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Stay updated on SEEK’s products and services.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
Experience in a multi-channel customer service environment.
Knowledge of finance processes, including invoicing.
Exposure to fraud detection processes.
Experience with PureCloud or similar software.
Ability to support marketing campaigns through customer interactions.
