• Collaborate with AI Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Data Scientists.
• Design and implement intelligent matching systems for job seekers.
• Work within quarterly planning cycles focused on R&D.
• Create and enhance models for candidate/job matching.
• Perform feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning.
• Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure model performance.
• Analyze data to improve search and recommendation capabilities.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong foundation in machine learning and data analysis.
• Experience with model development and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Understanding of search systems and recommendation engines.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
