Overview

The Regional Growth Specialist will provide operational support to SEEK’s commercial division, focusing on optimizing sales processes and enhancing team efficiency across multiple markets.

• Assist in developing data resources for operational challenges.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in analysis, strategy, or research roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail with numerical data.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Curious and rigorous in driving insights.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with SQL and BI tools is an advantage.
• Articulate in expressing ideas verbally and in writing.
• Previous experience in sales support or administration preferred.
