Growth Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Growth Specialist, you will be a part of our Growth team and will be responsible for creating captivating experiences such as guides, tutorials and videos to drive customer engagement - user onboarding, activation, feature adoption and use cases implementation. You will collaborate closely with other members of the Growth team, Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to identify, test, and scale growth opportunities across customer lifecycle.

In Short

• Develop and implement growth related in-product initiatives
• Create engaging short product videos, GIFs, animations, and in-product tutorials
• Collaborate with User Research, Design, Growth Marketing, BI Analytics, Product and Engineering teams
• Create, execute and validate A/B tests and experiments
• Dive into quantitative and qualitative insights about users
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and user needs
• Monitor and report on business metrics to stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 2 years as a Growth Specialist or similar position
• Experience in a SaaS environment
• Understanding of SaaS conversion funnel and product-led growth principles
• Some experience with A/B tests
• Hands-on experience with product adoption tools and video content building tools
• Advanced English language skills
• Ability to identify and reduce friction in user experience
• Curious, analytical, and opportunistic
• Willing to experiment and foster a dynamic team environment
• Interested in automation/integration platforms
