In Short

• Own GTM Analytics: Take full ownership of our GTM analytics function, developing and executing a roadmap that aligns with the company’s vision and strategic objectives.
• Build Dashboards & Reporting: Design and build intuitive dashboards to provide clarity and actionable insights into the performance of the sales process.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytical skills to generate insights that inform and shape our sales, marketing, and customer success strategies.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business goals.
• Project Management: Lead and manage analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
• Drive Impact: Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
• Strong technical skills: comfortable with SQL code, spreadsheet analysis, and building dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills: Fluent in English, able to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Project management experience: adept at managing multiple stakeholders and delivering on project milestones.
• A collaborative mindset: thrive in cross-functional environments.
• A self-starter attitude: excited by the opportunity to take full ownership of GTM analytics.
• A bonus if you have experience with Sales and Go To Market teams, familiarity with CRM systems, and understanding of the SaaS customer lifecycle.
