Senior Sales Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

Coursera is seeking a Senior Sales Systems Analyst who will be responsible for bringing deep, hands-on experience to help maintain and enhance our salesforce instance, sales processes including CPQ. As part of the enterprise systems team, this role will directly impact performance and effectiveness of our pre and post sales processes by partnering with cross functional teams. The overall goal and opportunity is to bring architectural and engineering maturity to our business systems.

• Lead functional and technical workshops with business stakeholders to identify and define requirements.
• Lead Salesforce architecture design for sales and CPQ processes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation.
• Experience working with cross functional teams such as Sales, Strategy and IT.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for sales processes.
• Participate in backlog grooming and prioritization sessions.

Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience with Salesforce architecture.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce platform, including configuration and reports.
• Salesforce certified application architect.
• Strong project management experience.
• Experience communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
