Senior Legal Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

SOCi, the CoMarketing Cloud for Multi-Location Enterprises, is currently looking for a Senior Legal Systems Analyst with a robust background in legal and procurement technology, operations, and cross-functional collaboration. This individual would focus on driving efficiency, managing legal technology, optimizing processes, and supporting budget and vendor management.

In Short

• Implement and maintain legal tech solutions (e.g., Ironclad contract lifecycle management, e-billing, matter management, and compliance tools).
• Maintain and optimize procurement systems and workflows (Zip).
• Train legal and cross-functional teams on legal tech platforms.
• Optimize reporting and analytics to track legal team performance.
• Manage other legal apps, including DocuSign.
• Streamline legal department workflows, policies, and procedures.
• Partner with Legal, HR, Finance, and IT on compliance, policies, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Lead or contribute to process improvement projects across the legal function.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure operational effectiveness.
• Ability to work 100% remotely.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with legal and procurement systems (Zip preferred).
• Proven experience with legal tech implementations, especially AI-driven tools.
• Experience with CLM systems, particularly IronClad.
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience integrating systems via both native connectors and open API platforms.
• Deep understanding of both vendor and customer contract lifecycles.
• Experience with SQL or an object-oriented programming language preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
• Process-oriented thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
