Senior IT System Analyst - Remote

ZigZag is looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer to join our team!

In Short

• Provide support and triage for all systems by troubleshooting problems.
• Setup, deploy and maintain ICT systems including PCs and mobile devices.
• Manage on-boarding/off-boarding processes with automated provisioning.
• Conduct regular access reviews and IT asset auditing.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and procedures.
• Evaluate email-based attack vectors and maintain email security configurations.
• Deploy secure configurations to endpoints via Unified Endpoint Management Console.
• Investigate new technology and participate in projects as required.
• Motivate the team to achieve organizational goals.
• Conduct training and cross-training for team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience with MacOS, iOS, Android, and Microsoft Windows 10+.
• Experience in Confluence, Jira, and Atlassian.
• Experience with industry-leading AV software.
• Experience with shell command languages like bash and PowerShell.
• Experience in Identity Access Management.
• Excellent English communication skills.
