Virtual Assistant (Bookkeeping - Cin7) - Remote

Overview

ZigZag is looking for a Virtual Assistant (Bookkeeper-Cin7) to join our team!

In Short

• Must have extensive experience in using CIN7
• Experience using Xero as a Bookkeeper is required
• Preferably with basic digital marketing experience but not required
• Fixed dayshift and weekends off + work from home
• HMO on Day 1, and company devices are provided
• Responsibilities include accounts & reconciliation, order processing, and customer support
• Assist with finance preparation and inventory management
• Support marketing campaigns and social media content creation
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential
• Diverse and inclusive workplace culture

Requirements

• Proven experience using Cin7 Core
• Experience reconciling accounts in Xero
• Purchase Order processing experience
• Supplier communication & follow-up
• High attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
• Preferably experience drafting blog content and basic SEO understanding
• Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms is a plus
• eCommerce marketing familiarity is preferred
