Payroll Agent (AU Payroll) - Remote

Overview

ZigZag is looking for a Payroll Agent (AU Payroll) to join our team, playing a critical role in supporting the payroll team to ensure workers are paid accurately and on time.

In Short

• Work remotely from Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm.
• Support the payroll team operations.
• Review and manipulate customer data for payroll systems.
• Assist with weekly payroll for 1,500 to 3,000 workers.
• Investigate payroll dispute tickets.
• Prepare customer payroll reports.
• Maintain and optimize payroll processes.
• Communicate effectively within the business unit.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and tasks as required.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Requirements

• Strong Excel skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Problem solver and analytical thinker.
• Experience working with an Australian Business preferred.
• Technology industry experience is an advantage.
