Data Analyst Specialist - Night Shift - Remote

Overview

ZigZag is looking for a Data Analyst Specialist to join our team!

In Short

• Interact with a global team of skilled individuals in Manila, the US and the rest of the world.
• Track weekly sales data and create sales forecasts, reports and internal data-analysis to help inform and guide future business operations.
• Use Salesforce CRM software and other internal operations tools to identify areas for process and sales improvement.
• Create and document sales operations process to standardize our sales playbook materials.
• Perform data cleansing and database deduping, monitor data quality, Import and mass update data as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Has immaculate attention to detail.
• Strong quantitative / analytical skills and vast experience with spreadsheet tools.
• Very comfortable with technology and online applications (MS apps and tools including Google Suites).
• Exposure to Salesforce CRM or other comparable CRM system.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong references from former employers and partners.
• Can work independently and also collaboratively.
• Has experience implementing a systemized process that achieved results.
• Comfortable working cross-border with global teams across time zones.
