Overview

As a Growth Specialist at Make, you will be responsible for creating captivating experiences to drive customer engagement and collaborate with various teams to identify and scale growth opportunities.

• Develop and implement growth initiatives focused on user activation and retention.

Requirements

• At least 2 years in a similar role.
• Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
• Understanding of SaaS conversion funnel and product-led growth.
• Experience with A/B testing.
• Hands-on experience with product adoption and video content tools.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Ability to identify and reduce user experience friction.
• Curious and analytical mindset.
• Willingness to experiment and challenge the status quo.
• Interest in automation platforms.
