Overview

The Regional EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) Specialist will play a critical role in supporting PAC’s projects across multiple client sites by leading safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits for compliance
• Implement site-specific safety programs and policies
• Collaborate with project managers on safety risk mitigation
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action planning
• Develop and deliver safety training for personnel
• Maintain documentation of safety inspections and compliance metrics
• Support emergency response planning and drills
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment
• Track safety indicators for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in EHS program management
• Knowledge of industrial safety and regulatory compliance
• Experience in construction, logistics, or manufacturing environments
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel across multiple regions
