Employee Relations Specialist - Remote

Overview

The PAC Group is a global engineering and management services firm supporting diversified industries on a global basis. We are seeking a talented Employee Relations Specialist (ER Specialist) to join our ePAC team, reporting directly to the ePAC HR Director of People and Performance. The ER Specialist will support a positive, productive, and legally compliant workplace by serving as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters.

In Short

• Conduct timely, thorough, and unbiased investigations into employee complaints.
• Interpret and apply HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the development, review, and implementation of policies and procedures.
• Coach managers and employees on communication and conflict resolution.
• Identify trends in workplace issues and propose strategies to strengthen culture.
• Support engagement initiatives and training tied to ER topics.
• Collaborate with Legal and HR Business Partners to mitigate organizational risk.
• Track, analyze, and report employee relations metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Legal background, such as a Juris Doctor (JD) or paralegal certification.
• 3+ years of employee relations experience.
• Experience working in both union and nonunion environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
