Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with customer-specific requirements.

• Act as the primary point of contact for high-level stakeholders.

• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure positive project outcomes.
• Manage project risks and issues, providing timely solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and training.
• Engage with senior-level representatives effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• 3-5 years of project management experience in construction or installation projects.
• Experience with Racking and Conveyance installs.
• Travel is 70-80%, with travel paid for by PAC.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Certifications: CSCS Card, SMSTS, NA-OSHA 30, PPM/PRINCE2.
• Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Ability to interpret technical plans and specifications.
• Strong client-facing skills and crisis management abilities.
• Demonstrated resilience and strong leadership skills.
