Project Manager – Construction Division - Remote

Overview

A highly motivated and experienced Project Manager is needed to lead a large, complex construction project, overseeing the entire project lifecycle while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

In Short

• Lead total project delivery to ensure alignment with design specifications, schedule, budget, and safety standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison for client representatives, architects/engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Establish and implement project policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Direct on-site project personnel to maintain progress and manage risks.
• Approve procurement requests, change orders, and key financial decisions.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and logs.
• Oversee project finances while nurturing strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience managing large commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, design, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
• Demonstrated ability to implement innovative project management strategies.
• Deep understanding of industry codes, corporate practices, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Benefits

• Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 (commensurate with experience).
