HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

The PAC Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Business Partner to support the Human Resources department. This role will be instrumental in managing day-to-day HR operations, including data entry, onboarding, benefits coordination, HRIS system maintenance, leading immigration strategy and compliance, overseeing payroll operations, and supporting key HR functions.

In Short

• Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of employee records in the HRIS (BambooHR and ADP).
• Partner with benefits brokers to support employee benefits administration.
• Coordinate and support the onboarding process for employees and contractors.
• Facilitate new hire orientations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across HR functions.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and documentation as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
• Lead and manage the company’s immigration program.
• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Facilitate training and development initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including ER, immigration, and payroll responsibilities.
• Experience with HRIS systems; BambooHR and ADP experience is a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
