Requirements

Several years of experience in strategic personnel development and as an HR Business Partner.
Ability to think strategically about employee and leadership development.
Strong knowledge of labor law and handling sensitive personnel-related data.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Proactive and able to find pragmatic solutions for complex challenges.
