In Short

• Independent HR support for our clients in everyday practice
• Recruitment of new employees, including conducting interviews
• Advising managers on all HR issues
• Supporting employees and HR processes at the client
• Implementing and monitoring performance management systems
• Participating in HR projects and process optimization
• Administrative support of HR agenda

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in HR
• Fluency in Czech and English
• Structured, reliable, and able to listen and advise
• Knowledge of Czech labor law
• Experience in international companies or HR consulting is welcome
