• Support in recruiting processes including job postings and updates.

• Maintain personnel files and handle inquiries.
• Actively contribute to the onboarding process for new team members.
• Take on smaller projects and bring fresh ideas to HR strategies.

Requirements

• Structured working style and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good teamwork and clear communication skills.
• Friendly and solution-oriented even in stressful phases.
• Proficiency in common office programs and digital tools.
• Availability for a minimum of 3 months for the internship.
• Prior knowledge in HR is a plus but not mandatory.
