To support this growth, we are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist - Employee Relations to handle our day-to-day employee relations functions. This role is crucial in ensuring a fair, respectful, and legally compliant workplace across all our operational states, particularly within the healthcare industry.

In Short

• Manage Employee Relations Cases: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues.
• Ensure Multi-State Compliance: Maintain understanding of federal and state employment laws.
• Support & Coach Leaders: Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee issues.
• Policy & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve employee relations policies.
• Maintain Records & Data: Accurately document all case details and maintain confidential records.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in human resources, focusing on employee relations in healthcare.
• Solid understanding of federal and state employment laws, including HIPAA.
• Strong judgment and discretion in handling sensitive issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to handle information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficient with HRIS and case management systems.
